VirtualBox Mac Arm64 설치하기

제대로 리눅스좀 해보자 싶어서 인프런 강의를 시작했다

대학생때 난 복전이라 리눅스 안듣지롱~ 이라며 자랑했던 나의 과거를 반성하며..

일반적으로는 위에서 자기 환경에 맞는 파일 설치하면 되는것 같다.

근데 나같은 경우는..

 

The installer has detected an unsupported architecture. VirtualBox only runs on the amd64 architecture.

ㅎㅎ..

 

그래서 찾아보니까

$ brew install --cask virtualbox

 

brew 설치한 사람은 해당 명령어를 치면 된다는데..

Error: Cask virtualbox depends on hardware architecture being one of [{:type=>:intel, :bits=>64}], but you are running {:type=>:arm, :bits=>64}.

 

어림없지

그래서 찾아보니 7.0.2가 당시 베타버전으로 arm64을 지원한다는 글이 몇개 있었다.

위의 링크로 타고 들어가보니 arm64를 지원하는 가장 최신 virtualbox는 7.0.8이라 해당 버전으로 설치함~~
